Education is the most pragmatic way of social empowerment. Furthermore, women are the key players in shaping the society. Since its inception in 1999, al Irshad charitable society has been keeping a keen observation on various issues pertaining to women education and implementing solutions to them. Al Irshad Arts and Science College for Women is one of such initiatives working as a scaffold to women students for the past two decades. The college is committed to provide quality education to them in order to take part in the community development process. As envisaged by the great journalist and writer Nora Ephron “Your education is a dress rehearsal that is yours to lead” we prepare the women to be self sufficient and professionally competent. We consider them as princess and queens who lead serve the people tomorrow.
